Drew from Off Grid Solar gave me a FREE consult to take 20+ minutes of his morning to illuminate me 💡how to safely and most efficiently convert to a 1 KW system. Very good communicator and sense of humor.

We love our new off-grid power system from Off Grid Solar Specialists. It has opened up so many new opportunities for our fifth-wheel that simply weren’t possible before. We can now stay off-grid comfortably instead of hunting for hookups, and the rig is far more useful for the way we actually want to travel.
The team was excellent from start to finish. They designed a system that fit our needs, the install went smoothly, and everything was completed on time as promised. Communication was clear and the work was professional.
We’re already enjoying the benefits of having the system up and running. Highly recommend Off Grid Solar Specialists if you’re looking to upgrade an RV or fifth-wheel for real off-grid use.

I took my trailer to “Off Grid Solar” in Peyton CO to work on my solar system. I have 1400 watts of solar and 1100 AH of battery capacity.

Off Grid Solar upgraded my wiring so it was the right gage to handle the load. They added a Victron Inverter Charger to keep my batteries charged.
When I’m Boon-docking Its so nice to know that my system will always be charged.

The team and owners I worked with were true professionals at their craft. You will not find a better team to work on your solar system for your rig.

If it’s a new solar install or just checking your current solar setup.

“You can trust Off Grid Solar”
Be sure and give my best to Drew, Sandy, Harry, Amy and Kevin for a job well done!

Off Grid Solar Specialists (OGSS), particularly Drew and Heri, are all about doing a job right the first time. I made the 2-1/2 hour drive from my mountain home to have them add 400W of deployable solar (blanket) with a separate Victron controller to my new nuCamp Tab 360 teardrop camper. The camper has a 270Ah lithium ion battery as part of a factory upgrade package, but the dual 190W curved rooftop solar panels aren't very effective while boondocking, especially in trees or on a cloudy day. I also had them add a CerboGX (brain) and a small display panel to easily control and monitor the various Victron Energy components, solar controllers and 3000W inverter. This should be standard factory equipment as part of the power upgrade package, but it's not. Upon dropping the camper off at OGSS, it became apparent (to Drew & Heri) pretty quickly that the factory wiring and grounding of the Victron inverter was not properly done by the nuCamp factory and was not in accordance with Victron's specifications. There were numerous wiring, connection, and grounding problems that could have caused damage to the system and even failure of the expensive inverter. This was a big disappointment in a brand new camper. However, for a very reasonable change order cost, Heri worked on rewiring components using the proper size wires/connectors and chassis grounding the inverter per Victron's requirements. I feel much more confident in the power systems now and firmly believe that their work will result in safer operations and a longer life of the power systems. When I picked up the camper, Heri was very patient with me in explaining all the work they had done and showing me the features of the new Cerbo display panel. They itemized the bill so that I could try to receive compensation from nuCamp for the inadequate and dangerous factory installation that needed to be corrected. Also, Sandy was a pleasure to work with all through the process on communications, scheduling and billing. If you have a nuCamp camper of any type, I highly recommend that you take it to OGSS and have them do an evaluation on the factory installed power systems. It could save you money in the long run and just might improve your safety while camping. I recommend Off Grid Solar Specialists without hesitation. Thank you!!!

Eddieberto is a true professional. He installed IGLA on my Durango. From the first point of contact, he was knowledgeable, patient, and transparent about how the system works. It’s rare to find someone who takes this much pride in their craft. He treated my vehicle with the utmost respect, ensuring the installation was clean, discreet, and looked factory-standard. He didn't just install the hardware; he took the time to walk me through the programming and made sure I was 100% comfortable using the system before I left.
